How Does it Work?
The Excel V™ Laser uses a powerful green laser to target the problem area. The blemishes absorb this green laser, and blemishes such as veins are heated until they are removed. Blemishes are eliminated almost instantly, and skin is returned to its normal color.
After your initial consultation with a Laurel Cosmetics specialist, they will determine is the Excel V™ Laser is the appropriate treatment for you.
The procedure itself will last anywhere between 15-30 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area. The laser is then placed on the skin until the blemish disappears or diminishes. To minimize discomfort, the Excel V™ Laser uses a cooling mechanism during treatment.
The number of treatments needed varies from patient to patients, and depends on the blemish. Some can be finished in one treatment, while others may require as many more.
